Prompt: Angel

Part of a 60 day art challenge with friends. Paint Parade took place from Jan to Mar of 2021. Done in Procreate on an apple iPad.

For this prompt I chose to do a scene from a fanfiction idea I had for the Twilight series. The MC was a teenager with the blood of angels running through her veins. When it came to be around her 16th year, she came upon her inheritance of wings sprouting from her back in such a painful manor. I wanted to capture that pain here with the agony on her face and the tearing of her shirt.
