Gale from "Picture This, Imagine That". This was her design in 2013 at least. I believe she's since changed.

Picture This is a story idea created by the lovely Naf and Bee. An artist couple who draw a lot of LGBT+ related artwork and story concepts. One of my favorites of theirs to follow was the world building regarding "Picture This, Imagine That" which revolved around several LGBT+ characters navigating the world around them and sparking relationships.
