Goopy (2016)

I think around this time I stumbled upon a BL comic between Kevin and Edd (Kevedd) from the cartoon Ed, Edd n Eddy. So the red hat and hair color were heavily inspired by Kevin's character. He's also got this weird goopy power where he pulls this messy substance out of the bill of his hat. So in a way he also kind of reminds me of Mineta from My Hero Academia. 

The comic that I stumbled upon (and had to go digging to find again) was by the wonderful Janie Lee. Across the top of their tumblr they've got links to each of the fandoms they've drawn. Definitely go check it out.
